We are licensed in 5 states: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Kansas, and Virginia. Our main office is in Van Buren, Arkansas, with additional locations in Little Rock, AR and Manassas, VA. Recognized as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in the state of Arkansas since 2017, the majority of our work involves sub-contracting on Federal projects, however, we are also involved in numerous State and private projects. Neal Preston – Vice-President of Production

Neal Preston has a lengthy record of construction experience with more than 20 years of experience in the road construction industry alone. Problem solving, attention to detail and people skills are just a few of his strengths. Neal’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, estimating, project management, operations, and quality control.

Stephen Wall – Project Manager/VP

Recently promoted to Vice President of the Concrete Division, Stephen Wall has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. After five years as a concrete foreman, he earned a position as Project Manager/Estimator at Creative Design Concepts. Stephen remains deeply involved in day-to-day operations while continuing to estimate, schedule jobs, and coordinate closely with other contractors to ensure each project runs smoothly. Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on leadership, he plays a critical role in keeping CDC’s concrete operations efficient, reliable and successful.
